Delete your Ohlim account
The signed-in Ohlim application provides the primary self-service deletion flow. A public manual request is also available when you cannot access the application.
1Go to Account Security
- Open Ohlim and sign in to the account you want to delete.
- Open Profile, then select Account Security.
- In Delete account, select Review account deletion, then Request confirmation.
- Type DELETE OHLIM in the confirmation field.
- Select Permanently delete account. When deletion completes, Ohlim signs you out.
2Data removed
The active account and profile, nutrition diary and AppState, goals and weight data, Health Connect records, sessions and mobile handoffs, push tokens, notifications, Premium usage, private recipes and products, feedback and screenshots, correction evidence, and other private files linked to the account are removed.
3Data that may remain
An approved contribution already incorporated into the shared catalog may remain without account, email, display-name, or creator attribution. Limited records may also remain when required for security or legal obligations. Backup copies expire through the normal backup lifecycle rather than being erased instantly.
Server deletion cannot revoke Health Connect permission on a device that is offline or no longer available. Revoke that permission in Android settings when necessary.
4Request deletion without the application
If you cannot access the application, use the public deletion request form and enter the email associated with the account. The form creates a manual request; it does not automatically delete an account or reveal whether one exists. Do not put account details in a public URL, and never send a password or OAuth token.
